The Richmond Hotel - Adelaide

Very clean, well-serviced with helpful reception staff.

My room was great-sized and included a separate lounge, a lounge area, and a dining table. The location was marvellous, relatively close to a historical place museum. It was nestled near a bus stop...

The atmosphere created was contemporary. Location: the hotel was right by shops, transport and food and terrace overlooking central city and restaurants, bars and parks. Stopped by Koko Black to get some coffee and treats, it's near the venue, recommend.

Great room size, but street noise was a nuisance at night.

A cozy stay in the city

The location on Rundle Mall was ideal. The staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating, our stay was enjoyable and stress-free. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The room could use some updates. There were signs of wear in the furnishings, and the bathroom tiles seemed dated. I also found that the tea and coffee selection could have been more varied.

We loved being right in the mall for shopping & dining out was a safe feeling. Also the young woman who served us at breakfast was very helpful with tourist information & very friendly. The staff at check-in were also helpful especially keeping our luggage till later in the day.

The table in the lounge room was sticky & there was only 2 t-bags. Also only 1 tissue left in the box with no refils in the cupboard. The cord was frayed on the hair dryer but we did tell reception of that problem. The light didn't work in the large ceiling light so we couldn't read.

Got the same standard king room with good facilities booked online, loved that. The location could n't be more convenient in the back alley.

A long walk with bags to the nearest taxi rank. Help with travellers' bags here would be appreciated.

Loved the double block out curtains!

The location was decent, but i was appalled that there was no pull up area for check-ins, had to struggle with my bags like a commoner. The key cards are subpar, it's ridiculous to be locked out in the rain. As a discerning traveler, i expected some complimentary treats, but guess that's too much to ask?

Location Location Location! Great for a young couple or group of young friends looking fopr a bit of fun nightlife especially saturday night

Should pre warn guests that there is a major league night club on the 1st floor with noise to go with it. Maybe we were meant to know of the reputatiuon like establishment in Sydney but booking off the net we had no idea . Music thudded thru the hotel until at least 2am.....well thats what it felt like.Internet reception was too slow /weak for a commercial concern

Being on third floor with elevator not working

The central location is fantastic, right by Rundle Mall, making it super easy to explore nearby attractions like the State Library and Adelaide Botanic Garden, all within a short walk. The balcony in our Studio King Room was a lovely touch to enjoy morning coffee and people-watch. The bathroom was spacious, and it added a nice touch with bath salts for some relaxation. it was a great place to unwind after long days of sightseeing.

I had to go to a board meeting on the night I stayed there ,the best part was relaxing in room after it was over

I held my 40th celebration at the Richmond. The staff ensured everything ran smoothly, fixing issues with grace. The venue's elegance contributed to a nice event. Truly a wonderful experience!
